Small Print Competition Rules.

Four rounds of the Competition will be held each season.

Three entries of any subject may be entered by a Club Member in the first round. Entries for the second and third rounds must follow the set theme.

Themes for each session will be announced at the AGM and published in the club program.

Entries must be numbered one to three to allow the Competition Secretary to disregard all ‘third’ entries in the event of the total overall submission exceeding 75
-
Entries must be submitted no later than the date listed in the Programme

No Double Entries will be allowed.

Prints must be unmounted and the actual image must conform to the following sizes:-
Minimum Size 150mmx100mm (6x4ins). Maximum Size 185mmx185mm (7.5x7.5ins). -
Winners of the 1st and 2nd Places in a previous major Club Competition may not enter the Small Print Competition.

The First Prize winner of the Annual Small Print League may not enter the competition in any subsequent year.

Scores will be accumulated throughout the year, and the winner of the League at the end of the Year will receive a Trophy.

A local Judge or Club Member may judge the Small Print Competition.
