OUT and ABOUT COMPETITION :-  Tom Keir, a well established member of Moray Camera Club, has presented two trophies, one for projected image entries and one for prints. Entries cover five subjects in each section and entries must be for one section only. 

 

 Please see the General Rules  for guidance on how to prepare your images for entry to this competition.  

 

 

1. The Competition is run on alternate years for prints and projected images, with Prints in 2011 / 2012. Entries restricted to between  7.5x7.5in and  8.25in x 11.5in  210mm x 297mm ( A4) size, mounted on a flat backing board with no border.

2. A member may submit one image in each of the following categories:-

    a.      Landscape

    b.      Structures

    c.      Flora

    d.      Fauna ( all creatures)

    e.      People

   

    3.   A Trophy will be awarded to the Member scoring the highest total points from the five categories listed.

          In the event of a tie for the highest total points, placings in individual categories will be calculated, using the following points

          system, to determine an outright winner.  Category winner – 3pts, Runner Up – 2pts, Third – 1pt.

   4.   The Trophy will be retained for a period of two years.
