Allan Butterfield Committee Member Slide Projector on competition nights. Liaison with Tony Jenkinson on Exhibitions.
Allan Adam Committee Member Interclub Print competition organiser.
Ian Cameron Committee Member General responsibilities for assisting with various tasks.
Vic Wratten Committee Member Arranging outings & Field trips. Safety advisor.
Christine Bagnall Committee Member Raffles and General responsibilities for assisting with various other tasks.
Dick Pyett Committee Member Small Print competition Secretary. Newsletter Editor. Posters and Publicity.

Many other tasks, too numerous to mention here, are allocated to members during the season.

The following club members have volunteered to undertake these important tasks within the club's activities. 
John Davidson Responsible for handling clubs interests in Grampian Cup Competition. Slide shows to other local clubs.
Tom Keir Exhibitions of our members photographs in various shop windows and public places.
Tony Jenkinson Project co-ordinator for the club's Exhibition in Elgin Library. 
Alan Butterfield Committee's co-ordinator responsible for liasing with Tony Jenkinson ref the Library Exhibition.

Members have many other responsibilities and the above is only a very brief description of them.
